Membership Services

If you already have membership records on computer then we will transfer them to our own, full-featured, membership application. If your records are on paper then we can arrange for them to be input.

Having got the details of your members into our system we will maintain them for you, keeping addresses up-to-date, recording subscriptions, providing you with lists as required.

At the appropriate time we will send renewal notices / invoices to your members for the next subscription year - and of course we can send reminders if necessary.

We will collect subscriptions online for you, reporting regularly on the income and remitting payments as agreed.

We can send circulations for you to your members, either by post or email. However, we would hope to make the most use possible of email, to keep costs to a minimum.
